My complaint:
I sent $100 to my granddaughter for her birthday but the account O sent it to is her old account which she can’t access anymore. Cash
app will not refund my money or help her to get the money transferred to her current account. Both me and my granddaughter have sent numerous emails and Cashapp keeps responding there is nothing they can do at this time. This is unacceptable and theft of my money.
Suggested solution:
Transfer the money to her current account or refund my money.
