My complaint:

On March 17 I contacted a rep on the cash app chat to report that someone has been trying to hit my acct., but since no money was taken from my acct., I was basically just told to report my card stolen, but It’s not stolen I tried to explain in the chat… I was told to just report it stolen and get a new Card? I would of thought that CashApp would try to investigate how or who is doing this through some king of research or investigation? Because this person is still trying to hit my acct. As of today! But I’m sure that others have been affected the same way as I have.

Suggested solution:

I want CashApp to investigate this problem and get to the bottom of this fraudsters that are getting away with this stuff! CashApp needs to be responsible for their end when things like this happen. I'm just glad I locked my card and still this hacker is still trying to post to my acct! Even for $1 how desperate is that! Thank goodness I just keep 14 cents in there for now...
