My complaint:
I sent a payment of 59.45 to Sara449, on July 27th at 11.18 am, and cash app failed the transaction due to protection protocol. The web receipt originally stated that my money would return to my debit card account within 3 to 5 business days. I’ve contacted customer support with no results to my problem. They keep saying 3 to 5 business days, maybe it’s my bank, etc. And I’m a emotional wreck because I’m on a fixed income and I need my money back.
Suggested solution:
By refunding me my money and additional for my time and trouble ir is taking me.pain and suffering
