My complaint:

I’ve done what has been asked of me to have my money transferred and no one has gotten back to me. I need the money to pay my now past due rent and bills. I need this transfer completed and no one is available now

Suggested solution:

Since I have done what has been asked of me the transfer should be done and I should be notified or reimbursed differently asap

2 years ago - After daily emails and unreturned calls and threat of legal action I get a reply late Saturday stating they didn’t hear from me in 3 days so closed my transfer request. I call again and email again to get a reply tonight at 7pm that due to security reason my money will not be transferred. WTF!?
