Complaint: Removing funds from account and improperly handling issue

My complaint:

My issue started New Years Eve when for some reason my charges with retailers were coming up overcharged. On January 4th they proceeded to make these corrections with refunds but minutes later the amount disappeared. At the time of the refund just prior I had borrowed 60 dollars from cash app and had went to the store. Which left me with a balance of 37.76 prior to refund. When the refunds were applied and removed my balance was 3.76. So not only did they not refund me for their over charges they took away some of the money I borrowed. I already spoke to retailers and they said its not a mistake on their end and everything is correct. Cash app needs to talk to them to see the issue. I have over 30 emails with cash app with no resolution. They say issue is resolved. My last email to them was asking what my balance was before the refunds and then after and they have not responded back in over a week.

Suggested solution:

They need to put the 200 dollars back in my account or at least cover the 60 and 140 loan that I was forced to take due to their mistake.
