My complaint:

I have legally changed my name late December of 2020, and have been working on changing my name on all of my debit cards and accounts with anything. CashApp is the last one. I requested .y name be changed, back on Feb 1 2021, I submitted the required documents to the link they provided, yet I have not recieved a new card, nor have I recieved any messages about it, and my account hasn’t changed. I have tried to contact them multiple times after that. It is coming up on 2 months and I have not had any updates. I need my name on my card to be changed from Rebecca Lynn Hubbard to Xavier Jaxon Baer, and it seems they are refusing to do so and refusing to do their job.

Suggested solution:

They need to update their work, respond to me, and fix my card!!

Ps, my name on my email was made when I was still finding the name that fits me, Beck Exzavior is not my chosen name. Xavier Jaxon Baer is my new legal name.
