My complaint:
I’ve been using My Cash App for Years for My Business to to receive payments from my clients or refund them their money if need be. Some how out of no where Cash App decides to Close My Account due to Terms 4 and 5 it’s crazy to me because I’m using the app for what it’s use for and now there is a issue. I have 1,055 dollars on there. For MONTHS I have reached out to them in regards to the issue and me receiving my money we are in the middle of a pandemic and I have bills i am trying to pay but Cash app will not release my money to me.
Suggested solution:
Just giving me my money that i worked for.
