My complaint:

I call regarding I couldn’t withdraw money from ATM also to download an app and was provided an ID number then to remove my email and phone number for my Cash App account immediately realized it was a fraud and put my email and phone number back on my Cash App accountAnd then I had to re-order a new card but the new card has the same routing number but different account number but my money is still not on the card cash app has yet to refund me my $6134.04 that was fraudulent taken from my account Without my permission I did not authorize Cashel to withdraw any funds from my account
