My complaint:

I recieved my taxes direct deposit to my cashapp on feb.25th on feb.26 they locked my account and it is still locked its almost a month and I’ve emailed and still my account is locked I have lost my vehicle I haven’t paid rent my lights are due again I have real life Bill’s and I want my tax money this is ridiculous I want my account unlock asap

As legit as CashApp is, there are are still loop holes that has to be upgraded and fixed. My $3,450 was held temporailyfor 16 working days and latter finnaly got blocked. Despite all ,my complains to their support contact and series pf emails. I got no respond best I heard was request is being processed. It sucks right? and I had an urgent bill to pay but all thanks to an article I came across on twitter of someone who shared similar experience and had it resolved with the help of recovery firm.
