Complaint: Money taken from account

My complaint:

cash app posted a transaction to my account that said ADD CASH FAILED but took $240 from my account. This is the second time this year. They emailed and said they gave the funds to my bank. My bank has no history of any money deposited into my account. Cash app can not explain why they did this randomly.
