My complaint:

I submitted $500.00 dollars to my husband Juan Fuentes Barroso. Under phone number 3057810203 after my husband didn’t get the money he realized his cash app was on one of cash app cards. My records shows pending, complete and it states to have my husband view. I contacted cash app several times and they did not try to trace my money. They closed out my account stating I did not reply in 3 days and the reason was because I was waiting for info from them. Now when I send them a email they send the same email to me stating it is closed Amit not reopening my case.

Suggested solution:

They need to trace where the money went. I should have gotten an error message when it went to my husband name that had no card under his name. They created the system and should be able to trace it.
