My complaint:
On March 6th 2020 I woke up from sleeping. Seen an transaction from my cash app showing that someone named Maxi had transferred $448 dollars from my account. I contacted cash app and reported the next day. The informed me that the transaction came from a known device and closed my case. I explained to them that no one knows my information but myself and I couldn’t have post sent money to someone I don’t know or have never done business with. I asked them to send me a copy of their findings and never received anything. I’m a single senior working hard for everything I get. I don’t have time to lose this kind of money.
Suggested solution:
They definitely need better support. I think they are a big enough company to have a number you should be able to call 247. I believe that they should be able to monitor people transactions. I definitely believe that they should reimburse me my money. All of my transactions have been between my family members!!!
