My complaint:
On July 30th 2020 2400.00 mysteriously disappeared off my cash app card to people I don’t know and never met before in my life so I contacted cash app support and they said their sorry that my money went missing but they couldn’t refund my money back to me I work to hard for my money and I sure wouldn’t give nobody 2400.00 and the same people that got my money off cash app also went into my bank acctbc my cash app card was linked to my bank but my bank done a fraudulent report and they investigated and seen the transactions and refunded my money back to my bank acct but cash app keep telling me the same thing over and over but that’s not refunding my money back and it’s now October 2020 that’s 3 months now and they still haven’t refunded my money back are saying anything about my missing money…..
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money back that’s how they should resolve it
