My complaint:

I am trying to access my account $chilimak20 on the app. When I logged into my account it asked me to enter my email address. I did this, and it sent me a verification code to my email address. I input the code. The next step I was asked to enter the remaining 12 digits of my debit card number. (it had already listed the first 4). I did this. Then it said, Welcome back, Scott. Please put your pin number to continue. I do this and it says unable to log in on this device. I contacted support regarding this matter and they made me create a new account, $chilimak2008, to be able to verify my identity. They requested I do a number of things to verify my identity (including giving my debit card number that’s on both accounts, my social, my full name, my address, and my email addresses). I have done these things literally over 5 times because they keep responding (from different representatives) saying that I need to verify my identity. The next representative always requests that I do something that the previous representative already asked of me and that I completed. Finally, the last email they sent said they are unable to grant me access to my account for security reasons. They won’t tell me what the reason is. I am literally talking to bots or something. They have no phone support. Just slow email support that is pretty much automated.

Suggested solution:

I have money on this account, and I want it back and I also want to remove my bank information from the app because I don't want to have my bank linked to a company that locks me out of my account at free will for no reason.
