My complaint:
My 17 year old son had a cash app account. He transferred $450 to someone from his bank account to their cashapp account. The funds weren’t needed and the person did a refund through cashapp. The $450 was never received in either his cashapp account or checking account. Cash app was contacted numerous times by my son, the person the money was sent to and myself. Cashapp rep said file dispute with Bank, but bank couldn’t because there was no evidence of a transaction. Tried with bank twice. I continuously contacted cashapp until one day the account was completely shut down and closed for reasons unknown. Cashapp will not respond to any of my present emails…
Suggested solution:
CashApp should find the money and return the money back into his account...
