My complaint:
I have 2 transactions that I have sent to cash app support. Both transactions were to be transferred to my other account. They were taken out of my bank but never made it to cash app. I have contacted my bank and cash app. The bank says it’s on cash app’s end and cash app has answered my complaint and said they were going to handle it, but I have yet to even be able to get an update. The amounts were $128 and $100.
Suggested solution:
By putting my money back in my bank account or for the amounts to show up on cash app
