My complaint:

I was looking at the new cards that are offered as I still have the original black card since creating account. I was curious about the hideous card with the chips all over it and thought it would be funny to show some friends. Little did I know I had just accidentally purchased the thing. I emailed them for assistance with cancelling the card but was told there was no way. I became frustrated and a little upset so I was given maybe 2-3 other responses from other agents that pretty much said the exact same thing the first person stated which was no help at all. I also contacted my bank today and was told that there is nothing they could do either. The card is not activated and I will be more than willing to send this ugly card right back to them for my $35. I receive free replacement cards from my actual bank why the hell would I wanna pay $35 for a prepaid card that I literally never use. I only use cashapp to send money but I never add funds to spend. I removed all banking info as that is how they were able to take the payment and I really want to close the dumb account at this point.
