My complaint:

Hello I am a father of two young ladies, that have used your app to send money, I thought it would be conveniant to have that app so if they had an emergency I could help! I signed up and recieved my card but never used it Thank Goodness, but in the six months I have already recieved 4 fraudulent attempts to use the account, no communication from CashApp they didnt let the charges thru, but damn. I guess no response from you means close account, but I would like to hear from you.
