Complaint: KYC Document provided and still No Bitcoin After 11 Days

My complaint:

I needed BTC on December 3, 2020. I had the money already on Cashapp to make $200 purchase of BTC. That was simple. The issue began when the app wouldn’t take picture of my drivers license. It is a blank screen. All I could do was send a message to customer support which I did That same day. I have requested cash app to reverse my transaction since I was on able to transfer withdraw BTC. I had also informed the organization why I wanted the transaction reversed. The next day December 4, 2020 customer service rep name one responded that I needed to use a link provided in his email to complete KYC process and it would take 10 days AT LEAST. This is legal theft on so many levels this organization has unlimited power over my currency and they’re making money off of my money by holding it hostage. I will definitely not purchase BTC from this organization ever again.

Suggested solution:

My complaint should be resolved by refunding my $200 federal reserve notes to my account. Also for future reference, cash app should not exchange fiat money for bitcoin prior to completing KYC process. This would make the experience much smoother.
