My complaint:

My purse alone with all my debit cards, phone, and personal items was stolen from me. I since have received a new debit card. I’ll be emailing the Cash App team everyday for the last month. Everyone keeps asking me to send the same information which I have

Suggested solution:

I just want all of my payment refunded to my account or at least most of it

3 years ago - This is the worst on-line banking app I've used. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this app or anything pertaining to cash out online banking
