My complaint:
I had an unusual amount of money taken from my account, two times. No record of the transactions, nowhere on my statements, no notifications, nothing. I contacted customer service and they mentioned it was money that was deducted by a retailer, but not deducted from my account. Once a retailer shows completed, it means they have received their money. They lied! I checked my statement against the dates mentioned, didn’t add up! 100.00 just taken and I have no income, so this is hitting very hard! Again, I had a refund from a store, they took that money before it hit my account! It shows completed, but never added to my account! These people are thieves! I have been a long time customer and this has never happened before. Please watch cashapp! They are scamming individuals!
Suggested solution:
Give me all my money back, along with fees to cover my late fees for bills that are due and can't be paid because of them. They should be completely shut down!
