My complaint:

I received 220.00 on 11120 from a friend on cash app. On that same day, I only cashed out 100.00 dollars. With cash app fees out of the 100 dollars I requested they deposited 98.50 into my checking account so I should have 120.00 dollars left out of the 220.00. I go to cash out the remaining 120.00 and it’s not there!! I then contact there support team who acknowledges the 98.50 put into my account but don’t tell me where my balance is instead they tell me about 500.00 I received from my mother but that has nothing!!! To do with the transaction from the money I received from my friend!! Where is my 120 balance?

Suggested solution:

I need them to respond correctly! And tell me where my 120.00 balance is !! And not tell me about a deposit of 500 I received from my mother when that is 2 separate transactions!! I’m highly upset!! I feel like I’m getting the run around I would like them to give me my money back
