My complaint:
Hello,
I paid an influencer on Instagram to upload a permanent post with my music embedded in it. The post was up but after a few days i noticed it disappeared From the page. I took a video and sent it to the influencer. But he denies that he ever took it off the page. Tells me to refresh (even though I’ve refreshed several times beforehand) and it’s suddenly appeared back on the page.
Suggested solution:
He has extremely unprofessional with his conduct and i am furious that he still has my money! I requested a refund through the app but the influencer has denied my request! And MOCKED my request by sending a video of declining my request! Help me please :(
