Cash App complaint: I cannot cash out and or send or receive

My complaint:

I wish to cash out my remaining funds to my linked card because my account is closed apparently but they won’t allow me to cash out it fails every time … I understand I exceeded 7,500 in a week but I still have 1000 dollars in my account please help me just cash out my funds or send them PLEASE
