My complaint:

Cash app is very disgrace and will never recommend anyone to use it. I got my new iPhone 12 pro max like 3 weeks a go, I transferred all my apps to my new phone as usual. When I tried to login to my cash app I was told that I can’t login on this device. I reached out to cash apphelp I followed all the instructions given. It reached to the point where I was told that I have so many attempts and my account was blocked by cash app. I exchanged more than 45 emails with them as their phone number given on their website doesn’t work and each of those emails was saying the same thing. I got to the point where I wonder if I wash talking to human beings or robots. I will love to mention that all these emails were from different people. One of their staff advised me to open a different account so my $2000 from the blocked account can be transferred to my new account since I can’t access the old one. All the sadden now I’m told that I can’t access those funds and no one can reverse that decision. Now I’m here wondering how I can give up on my $2000 just like that. I have never experienced such kind of theft. I will be looking for an attorney who can help.

Never cash app again.

Suggested solution:

Simple: they blocked my account, all I need is access to my Funds or transferred them to my new account as they suggested from the beginning. After cashing my funds they can close their nonsense account if they want since I won’t use their service again.
