My complaint:
I incorrectly made a payment via CASH App for $170 for a service I was paying for. I called cash app on phone to assist me wit reversing the charges, but instead the person assisting me took out up to $ 1800 out of my account- $1,009 was first charge then 2 $600 charges and claimed they were reversing the charges
Suggested solution:
Reverse all the money that was taken out of my account and the fees for transferring the funds
