My complaint:

I stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown San Jose on the 3rd they took $400 of deposits from me I only got back one I spoke to accounting they released all deposits and now you guys are the ones holding my money way longer then the 5-7 business days to get it back I’ve email casha support multiple times I’ve contacted my cousin who is a lawyer and will help me sue if I don’t receive my money back you are holding it for no reason it is now the 16th this is not okay I need this money to live I didn’t get stimulus checks like everyone and I can’t file for unemployment now I’m stuck staying at a shitty gross place cause I have no money I’ve had no response at all from cashapp if I hear or get nothing back by Tuesday my cousin will send in the law suit
