My complaint:
My account is currently hacked as of today 42921. They hacked my account, changed my pin and removed $1000 from my linked bank account. They then sold $1700 in stocks and opened a cash card and made several purchases. I have a pending deposit for tomorrow of $2000 which I probably will not receive because I had to cancel my bank account number linked to the account so they won’t take more money from my bank account. I contacted cash app and square with only automated generated messages. The hackers have full control over the account. I am currently awaiting response from a police officer friend on steps to take and looking for legal help. Let’s make an example out of this company They have gotten away with this for so long!
Suggested solution:
Refund all the money stolen from my bank account and stocks via check. Send check for my pending deposit. Close the cash app card and account immediately.
