My complaint:
Someone hacked my Cash App account and stole 1250.00. Contacted Cash app, they basically told me to request a refund from the hackers. Cash App made no attempt to investigate andor recover my funds from those they gave it to. I am on low income disability and cannot afford to lose that money or I will be homeless.
Suggested solution:
Give me my $1250 back ASAP.
