My complaint:

I attempted to load 550 dollars to my cash app from my unemployment card which was linked to my cash app account.Just the same as my better half has hers setup.And she never has had an issue.So I tried loading it and when doing so on my app it kept saying my cardholders bank had an issue and wouldn’t load.SO I CALLED MY UNEMPLOYMENT CARD S customer service and was told that the transaction was successful on there end that CASH APP NEEDED TO DEPOSIT MY FUNDS.So calling cash app I was told no that my unemployment card accounts bank was to blame.So I called back (ANOTHER FOREVER AND A DAY ON HOLD)AND WAS TOLD SAME AS PREVIOUSLY SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION TO CALL CASH APP.IF MY FUNDS WASNT LOADED BY NEXT DAY.WELL I NEVER HAVE HAD MY 550 DOLLARS DEPOSITED CALLED CASH APP.SAME STORY NOT THEIR FAULT.CALLED UNEMPLOYMENTS CORPORATE NUMBER WAS TO SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION CASH APPS FAULT.THIS IS BULLSHIT I HAVE WAITED SINCE OCTOBER 6TH FOE MY MONEY AND NOW I CANT EVEN GET MY MONEY JUST A LINE OF BULLSHIT FROM CASH APP.I NEED TO EAT!!!!?!PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO FIX THE DAMN ISSUE.AND IF YOUR GOING TO INDEFINITELY JOLD SOMEONES DAMN MONEY HOW ABOUT MAKING THE CUSTOMER AWARE OF SUCH INSTEAD OF DEVASTATINGLY IMPACTING THEIR DAMN LIFE.
