My complaint:
I tried to send funds to a customer of 115.00 and she never received the funds. I tried to cancel but had already been taken out of my account. I cannot request refund because she never received the funds. I have talked to several people at cash app to no avail. They say they cannot help me.
Suggested solution:
They should find out where the funds went and return to my account
