My complaint:
I have reached out to Cash App on multiple occasions since June 2020 regarding fraudulent transactions through my Cash App account. They are aware that I did not have additional security features on my account, but are still giving me the run around about refunding loss funds.
Suggested solution:
Refund at least a percentage of loss funds.
