My complaint:
My cash app was hacked on 7252020 for $500. I tried to contact cashapp support. When they failed to reply I contacted Autton bank who backs cashapp at which time I was told they so not support cash app however would and a email only behalf. I was contacted via email by someone name Leandra. I responses answering all questions. I also notified her that this has happened to several people I know. This type of thing is continuously happening. Cash app support has stopped responding. This is very frustrating. Can you help me file a official fraud dispute and also a complaint against cash app for their practices?
Suggested solution:
Refund me as well as notifying consumers of the fraud policy.
