Complaint: Fraudulent Charge on Bank account from Cash APP

My complaint:

On September 23, 2020 a charge of $50.00 was taken out of my bank account. I did not recognize or authorize this charge. First i reached out to my bank and was told, that the charge had already been posted so I needed to contact CashApp. I immediiatley reached out to CashApp. I emailed customer service and it was a good 12 hours before someone got back to me. I wrote my complaint to them including a picture of the charge. Waited 24 hours before someone from CashApp responded. Basic response, sorry we do not see this charge on your account and not able to do anything. I once again responded and 24 hours later got the same response from CashApp but from a different person. This went on for 4 days and each time got the same response but from different peoeple at Cash App. I finally reached out to an attorney to discuss this matter.

Suggested solution:

CashApp should refund me the $50.00 for the charge. Also since this account is an account i barely keep money, they should also refund me the $36.00 dollars for the OD charge.
