My complaint:
In the last 6 months I have been a victim of a CashApp scam. I DO NOT have a CashApp Account. I am not receiving email notifications of transactions; therefore, someone is using my name and bank account information with an email not associated with me. I have changed my debit card 3 times with the same result.
Suggested solution:
I want CashApp to block any transactions using my name andor my bank account number because it is fraudulent. I further want the company to find the perpetrators and have them arrested for fraud.
