My complaint:
I reported a scam from a person whom I was purchasing a puppy from and I presented them all the evidence from text messages and payment names that it was sent to along with the amount and they stated to me that there was nothing they could do and that the $1104.00 I was scammed for was not going to be refunded to me. So not only did I not receive the puppy I also lost $1104.00. I am a single mother of three children who was trying to buy my kids a puppy.
Suggested solution:
I should have been refunded my money and the lady should be brought to justice because this was not right what she did and the company allowing it to happen basically is stating that they support fraud and scams as long as it makes them money.
