My complaint:

Someone I thought was a friend had stolen my phone and transferred $2,000 off my account to his which I never ever gave him permission he had stolen my phone and money I contacted them and they haven’t done a damn thing and that was all the money I had for me and my 7 young children to get through this crazy COVID-19 Crisis.

Suggested solution:

They should give me my money back as it was stolen from me and that was all the money me and my children had I have seven children and we’re struggling going through this COVID-19 crisis
