My complaint:

I sent money to someone to receive some items but after i sent the money he blocked my number and now i just lost a lot of money because i cant do anything about it on this stupid app. I tried cancelling the payment almost immediately and it didnt do anything but stare at me blankly. I also requested a refund for my money back but since for some reason its up to the person receiving the money he was able to deny my request and keep my $750.

Cashapp you need to have a better system that works that isnt so wonky and useless. I immediately clicked the cancel payment option after i sent it and nothing happened. He should not be able to decide whether i get a refund or not. That is absolutely retarded. On top of that there is no customer service for this app at all it is retarded there is no employees on the phone when there should be especially for a app that plays this big of a role. Cashapp need to fix this or help me resolve this somehow.
