My complaint:
I had received 5000 to get things done on bills and my kids Christmas gifts. It asked through email for the 101 Clearance fee and I sent it to cash tag username $cyberfoxAde and was supposed to get released my 5000 that was on hold. Now, it’s asking for an additional 200 for an unfreeze fee. The email stated that once I make the payment also of 200, I will only get released 3100. So now I am here wondering where is the rest of the money of the 5000 why only 3100 now and will I be able to get my money back of 101 since my money was not released like CASH APP SUPPORT SAID IT WOULD BE! If I can’t refund nor get all of my money sent to me, how can I make a police report for that situation? If I cannot make a police report about it, I am going first thing tomorrow to my lawyer I go to and I will be suing Cashapp.
Suggested solution:
Refunding my 101.00 back to my cashapp and either send my 5000 NOW to my cashapp with NO HOLDS or a check mailed.
