My complaint:
In February 2020, I sent my daughter two payments, in the amount, of $100 and $50 on two separate occasions. On Saturday, May 23, 2020, Cash App claimed that I filed a dispute against my daughter on February 5, 2020, for the amount of $100 and on February 11, 2020, for the amount of $50. Problem is the disputes were never filed by me and cash app closed my account on April 30, 2020, and have yet, to refund my $150, they, claim I disputed. I have sent them numerous emails requesting my refund and have sent them all the information they have requested plus additional information they had not requested to access my old account and they all.have been unsuccessful. I have even requested they return the funds back to my daughter’s account, unsuccessful as well. It has been six days and all I gotten is ten emails saying the same thing. They can’t do anything.
Suggested solution:
Send my $150, now
