Cash App complaint: failed payments

My complaint:

I have tried five times to pay my friend Holly who desperately needs help and each time Cash App has rejected the payment.

there is no way to contact cash app directly to resolve this.

My bank has approved all the transfers on its end so the problem is with Cash App.

Suggested solution:

allow me to use Cash App to transfer money which is the entire reason for your existence as a business
