Cash App complaint: FAILURE TO RECEIVE CASH APP CARD

My complaint:

I had requested a revision to my original car approximately 5 months ago. Since, then I have notnever received my card. I have been told repeatedly to cancell the card and a new card would be sent. Again, I can’t count how many times I have cancelled the card because I never received the new card. I can’t count how many times I’ve received an email from a rep telling me how unfortunate the situation is and that they will help. I can’t describe how frustrating this has been. There is no way on this earth the card is being sent to my address on file and yet no card!!!! This is surrealistic to say the least! Again WHERE IS MY CARD?!

Suggested solution:

SEND ME MY CARD VIA FED EX OR UPS!!!
