Cash App complaint: Excessive fund hold time

My complaint:

I placed an order with a merchant and the merchant was unable to complete the order, the merchant very ly cancels the order and voids the transaction now 5 days later cash app still is holding the funds telling me to contact the merchant which I have done several times it’s been 5 days and still holding 500 dollars of mine telling me to contact the merchant.

Suggested solution:

Release my funds back to me by voiding out the hold
