Cash App complaint: ATM not giving me my money but took it out of my account

My complaint:

I went to withdraw 1,000 dollars from an ATM at Wells Fargo. The ATM processed transaction like it was going to give me my money but then it came up with an error code about not having money. But when it processed the transaction the money was taken off my cash app account. I’ve had to file a dispute with cash app. Cash app has already had 10 days. I filed on the 16th of February. They haven’t ordered any provisionary credit or anything. They havent told me anything. They were telling me 10 days at first now they are saying 45. I’m already being evicted over this because I couldn’t pay my rent. I couldn’t make my car payment so it is shut off and I cannot get to work. I’m on the verge of losing my job. Meanwhile cash app is taking there time doing anything. I’m so aggravated with cash app. Please help me. I need my money back asap.

They should give me provisionary credit until they resolve it besaus I live paycheck to paycheck and I'm on the verge of losing everything
