My complaint:
For the past two weeks I have been unable to enable Bitcoin withdrawal on cash app from my phone simply because each time I attempt to upload my license it will not allow it. When I contacted cash app regarding this they sent me a link to upload my license. I have yet to hear from them. When my husband uploads his license, from his phone, he gets approve within minutes and we have the same iPhone 11.
Suggested solution:
Cash app needs to enable my Bitcoin withdrawal feature immediately just like they enabled my husband’s within minutes.
Certain phones won’t verify properly with Cash App, and some have waited awhile before they were finally verified to use bitcoin on the app.
However, their queue is likely backed up during this time too, so expect a longer wait.
