My complaint:
Someone hacked my account sending themselves money, the person refuses to return it. And cash app is practically telling me to take a loss like if I bought something from this person. I am victim of identity theft and they aren’t even helping at all. Someone has to resolve this matter, or im pursuing legal actions against them.
Suggested solution:
Because I had nothing to do with this, I was targeted and reported it immediately and they still trying to make it seem like they can't help me.
