My complaint:

I have received 2 payments to my cashapp account $50 and $ 20. I was not able to access my cashapp account for unknown reason, the customer support is only available thru email. They were demanding me to start a new account to regain access to my currently existing account. I did not understand and while the conversation between me and cashapp lasted for a week, the payments I received have expired. Now I dont know what to do. Cashapp still don’t let me access my account.

They should have let access my account. I have the correct credentials, and I am able to provide any information to identify myself.
