My complaint:
i had received some money on my cash app on june 29,2020 at 10:38 in the morning and two minutes later someone was able to take the money out of my cash app at 10:40am when i seen it was gone i instantly tried to cancel the transaction but they kept sending me to write an email to dispute the transaction and i did but it has been over 48 hrs and i have not heard anything back from cash app regarding my money
Suggested solution:
you guys need to have some kind of office where people can actually talk to a live representative so the transactions can be handled right away instead of waiting 48 hrs to investigate and then dont send people they money back and you should also put a hold on the money before directly sending to someone so that person can have time to cancel the transaction if there is any fraud activity going on
