My complaint:
It has been more than 4 business since my direct deposit was sent to cashapp I have reached out to them many time via cashapp support email, Twitter, Instagram and I have also filed a complaint with the BBB but I have yet to receive any correspondence from cash app in regards to this matter it seem that my cash card was disabled and I am no longer able to use it due to This issue I have been unable to pay my rent and have since received an eviction notice. I have sent in documentation to verify my identity and also my direct deposit and I really need my money! Cashapp needs to be put out of business because this matter is redundant!
Suggested solution:
Have cashapp release my direct deposit ASAP
