My complaint:

So my job had deposited my check into my account but when I had got it it said Direct Deposit failed. I emailed cash app and I still didn’t get no respond back from them I cant even call a number to complain or refund my money because it does not let me. I would like if Cash app can send back the money to the person who deposited it into my account so I can get my check if not I’m going to sue you guys because I worked just to make this money I don’t work for no reason just to not get money what type of company are you ?? I want my money deposited into my account if not refund it back to them so I can get my check I have stuff to pay and rent to pay.

Don’t worry! When direct deposit fails, it gets sent back to your employer’s bank; however, your employer won’t be able to do anything for about three business days once the money comes back and they’re alerted that your it deposit failed. So, I hope you have another bank account to send your income to.
